Business Billing Terms

Free directory access

Eligible directory listings, verification display, ordinary listing management, reviews, and basic 30-day profile-view analytics are not conditioned on payment. Payment does not establish FBA ownership, verification, authority, trust, ranking, or favorable moderation.

Membership levels and prices

Core is permanently free and requires no subscription. Supporting costs $20 USD monthly or $215 USD annually. Growth costs $40 USD monthly or $430 USD annually. Premier costs $60 USD monthly or $650 USD annually. Monthly and annual billing provide the same features within a level, and no paid-plan trial is offered.

A historical $200 annual Supporting price is retained only for historical accuracy and any qualifying grandfathered subscription. It is not offered to new customers.

Plan and billing changes

Membership renews automatically through the selected provider until renewal is canceled. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid term. Upgrades and billing-schedule changes take effect only after the payment provider confirms them; returning to the website does not grant access by itself. Your account shows pending changes and their effective dates.

Failed payments and loss of access

When a renewal payment fails, paid features may remain available for a 14-day grace period. If payment is not restored, paid features expire; free Core directory functionality remains available.

Business Profile Buildout Service

The buildout service costs $150 USD once and is fulfilled by people. Confirmed payment creates an order awaiting customer intake; payment alone does not change the Business Profile or complete the service. The customer must provide and authorize accurate source information, may save and resume intake, and must respond to reasonable clarification requests.

The service includes preparation of supported profile content, initial and final quality checks, customer review in Preview, and one consolidated revision request. Clarification requested during preparation does not use that revision. Source images remain private until they pass through the existing publication process, and published media remains subject to the Business's current plan limits.

The service does not include unsupported claims, ongoing profile management, verification, ranking, moderation preference, additional publishing capacity, membership, or permanent paid features. Completion requires customer review and final quality checks.

Downgrade and content preservation

Downgrade, cancellation, expiration, or payment failure does not delete the Business, its factual verification, Reviews, owner responses, or legitimate Business-created content. Paid-only presentation may be suppressed to the new level's limits while underlying content is preserved for later restoration.

Refunds, disputes, and taxes

Refund requests are reviewed by the operator and are not complete until confirmed by the payment provider. Reversals and disputes may suspend paid features while investigated. Applicable taxes, if any, are handled only through an approved payment-provider setup. Enrollment remains disabled until that setup is ready.

Provider and records

Stripe and PayPal host payment entry and maintain payment credentials. The directory stores provider identifiers, commercial status, payment history, terms acceptance, and audit records, but does not store complete card or bank credentials. Returning to the website does not activate paid access; the payment provider must confirm the transaction.
