Failed payment
A 14-day grace period applies. If payment is not restored, the Business returns to Core and its content is preserved.

Membership and billing
What is B2B sourcing?
Eligible Businesses can find and connect with participating suppliers, wholesalers, manufacturers, material providers, equipment providers, and business-service providers according to membership capabilities. B2B sourcing is in prelaunch and is not publicly available yet.
Is Enterprise available now?
No. Enterprise is a planned program for organizations requiring higher scale and more advanced organizational and integration capabilities. Enrollment and pricing have not been announced.
Is Core really free?
Yes. Core is permanent free participation for an eligible Business. No card or recurring subscription is required.
Does paying make my Business verified?
No. Verification is earned through the directory's independent factual verification process and cannot be purchased.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Paid benefits continue through the current paid term. Your Business, sourcing history, and content remain. Existing legitimate exchanges can finish; new activity follows the lower membership, and excess offerings are preserved with deterministic capacity suppression.
What happens if a payment fails?
Paid features may remain available for a 14-day grace period. If payment is not restored, the Business returns to Core and its content is preserved.
What is the Business Profile Buildout Service?
It is an optional $150 one-time human-assisted setup service for profile organization, configuration, and quality assurance. It is not a membership tier or a permanent software unlock.
