Directory Standards
What Verification Means
In the National FBA Business Directory, FBA means Foundational Black American. Verification evaluates whether a business meets the directory's ownership and inclusion standard.
Purpose and limits
Verification supports directory eligibility and inclusion decisions. It is not a guarantee or endorsement of product quality, service quality, licensing, financial condition, safety, or future conduct.
Information reviewed
The directory may review public information and supporting information submitted with a recommendation. Relevant materials may include owner confirmation, an official website or social page, a direct statement, a community source, or other information that helps establish eligibility.
Private supporting materials are not published as part of a business listing.
Review and publication
Inclusion decisions are made through review, not automatic publication. Submitting a business does not guarantee approval or publication.
Corrections and disputes
For a material correction or dispute about a listing, use Report a Directory Concern. A report is an allegation for human review, does not alter the evidence standard, and never automatically changes verification or public listing information. Use Contact for general support, account security, payment disputes, and legal notices.
Operator
The National FBA Business Directory is operated by YourTech IT LLC.
